ESO Council members and ESO staff stand next to the ELT time capsule
Several ESO staff and Council members participated in a ceremony to bury a time capsule on the concrete of the dome of ESO’s Extremely Large Telescope. The ceremony took place on 13 October 2023 atop Cerro Armazones in Chile’s Atacama Desert.
